We are located in offices in the village of Fordham on the outskirts of Colchester. We utilize
the latest computer aided design (CAD) software to prepare all
our drawings to ensure quality & accuracy.

We are a LABC Partner Scheme. Working with Colchester Borough
Council Building Control Department to help eliminate unnecessary
delays and speed up the process leading to formal building
regulations approval. This provides a much more efficient
process, saving the time and money for our clients.
